Cutting Your Cloud Bill Isn't the Same as Improving ROI

A smaller cloud bill isn't automatically better ROI, if value drops with it, you haven't improved anything. The five dimensions of value beyond cost savings, five practices that work both sides of the ratio, and a manufacturer whose ROI roughly doubled once the value side got the same attention as the cost side.
